Job description:

Reporting to the Senior Conference Manager, you will:

• Develop sponsorship strategies aligned with the conference department goals and objectives
• Research and approach potential sponsors to support new sponsorships
• Develop compelling sponsorship packages
• Negotiate sponsorship deals, including financial contributions, benefits and deliverables
• Prepare sponsorship contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance team
• Coordinate sponsor-related activities, such as logo placements, branding opportunities, speaking engagements and promotional campaigns, with the Conference team members
• Cultivate and maintain relationship with existing and potential sponsors before, during, and after the event
• Develop and manage sponsorship budgets, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and cost-effective strategies to maximize sponsorship revenue

Desired qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Up to 3 years of experience in marketing and sales
• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, or related roles, preferably in the events sector
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sponsorship solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to sponsorship and partnership marketing
