Graphic Designer
To support our international creative team, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Graphic Designer. This is a full-time office-based position in our office in Barcelona.
As Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the senior designers, conference and editorial teams on production of print and digital assets consistent with the company’s objectives, brand guidelines and budgetary constraints.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and produce company online and offline promotional materials and campaigns.
- Production of the various journal and book covers according to set templates.
- Working closely with Book department on figure editing for books
- Active participation in team meetings and share best practice suggestions with your colleagues.
- Ensure the maintenance and the organization of the file system and graphical assets collections.
- Liaise with the design colleagues from other international offices on various projects.
Your Profile:
- Completed design studies and min. 1 year of work experience in the field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus).
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Understanding of corporate branding and working with guidelines.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing high quality work with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent English language skills both spoken and written.
- Intercultural communication skills.
- Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
